Building Ghana’s technical capacity is more than a development goal it’s the gateway to unlocking opportunities in the emerging carbon markets. Yes, our current capacity is limited, but that limitation is also our greatest opportunity: by training and equipping our workforce, we can tackle unemployment while positioning Ghana as a leader in the climate-smart economy. I feel this is a goal worth pursuing and a direction for all.
