Only internal team members count as seats — the people who work in your business. Client Portal users (your clients, contractors, or customers you invite to view their projects and invoices) are always unlimited and never billed.
Yes. You can upgrade to annual billing at any time and receive a prorated credit for your remaining monthly period. Downgrading to monthly takes effect at your next renewal date.
You'll be prompted to upgrade at the point of hitting a limit — for example, when adding your 11th lead, 51st contact, 6th deal, or inviting a 4th team member. The create and import buttons are replaced with an upgrade prompt at that point. You'll never lose access to existing data.
The Free plan is genuinely free forever, giving you a full feel for the platform. Paid plan trials are available on request — reach out to our team and we'll set one up for you.
