Proposals

Proposals are formal documents used to pitch your services to a prospective client. Use them to outline the scope of work, pricing, and terms before a project begins.

Creating a Proposal

  1. Go to Business Engagement → Proposals
  2. Click New Proposal
  3. Fill in the proposal details
  4. Save and share with the client

Managing Proposals

From the Proposals list you can:

  • View a proposal to see its full details
  • Edit a proposal to update content or pricing
  • Duplicate a proposal to use it as a template for a new one
  • Delete a proposal (moves to Trash)

Tips

  • Use the Duplicate action to create proposal templates for common service types — adjust the details for each client rather than starting from scratch
  • Link proposals to Deals to track them as part of your sales pipeline
  • When a proposal is accepted, create an Invoice to begin billing
