The Service Manager helps you define services your organization offers and track client requests for those services.

What's Inside

Templates: Don't Start From Scratch

You can save any service as a Template and reuse it later, or import a template from your industry / the community when creating new services. Look for the From Template button on the Services list and Save as Template on a service's view page.

When you create an organization, we also auto-seed a starter pack of services, requirements, line items, and stages based on the industry you pick during onboarding — so most teams already have something to work from on day one.

Quick Start

  1. Review the Services that were seeded for your industry
  2. Adjust Line Items — your billable components and prices
  3. Adjust Requirements — what clients need to submit
  4. Manage Service Requests — as clients request your services from the Client Portal or marketplace
