Type Description
Owner Organization owner with full access (manages billing, settings, and deletion)
Staff Team members who work in the organization with full app access
Client External users with access only to the Client Portal

Plans and Seats

On paid plans, every team member is one billable seat. Adding a user automatically adjusts your Stripe subscription quantity. The Free plan caps you at 3 users — see Plans & Billing.
