User Types
| Type | Description |
|---|---|
| Owner | Organization owner with full access (manages billing, settings, and deletion) |
| Staff | Team members who work in the organization with full app access |
| Client | External users with access only to the Client Portal |
Plans and Seats
On paid plans, every team member is one billable seat. Adding a user automatically adjusts your Stripe subscription quantity. The Free plan caps you at 3 users — see Plans & Billing.
