Task Planner

The Task Planner helps your team organize work, track progress, and hit deadlines. Work is structured into projects, which contain tasks, which can be managed visually on a Kanban board.

What's Inside

  • Projects — The top-level container for a body of work, with a team of assignees
  • Tasks — Individual work items that belong to a project
  • Kanban Board — A visual board for managing tasks by drag-and-drop

How It Works

 1Project
2 └── Boards (columns on the Kanban)
3 └── Tasks (cards on the board)
 4 └── Sub-tasks

A project groups related work and brings together a team. Inside each project, a Kanban board lets you drag tasks between columns (e.g. To Do → In Progress → Done) for a visual workflow.

Quick Start

  1. Create a project — Give it a title, description, and add team members
  2. Open the Kanban board — Click the board icon on the project
  3. Add tasks — Create cards directly on the board or via the Tasks list
  4. Assign and prioritize — Set assignees, due dates, and priority on each task
  5. Track progress — Move cards across columns as work progresses
