Tenders

A tender is a formal invitation for vendors to submit bids on a contract or project. Use tenders when you want to source a service or product and evaluate multiple offers before selecting a vendor.

Managing Tenders

From the Tenders list you can:

  • View a tender to see all its details and dates
  • Edit a tender to update any fields
  • Duplicate a tender as a starting point for a similar procurement
  • Delete a tender (moves to Trash)

Tips

  • Set the Submission Deadline generously — vendors need time to prepare quality bids
  • Use the Evaluation Start/End dates to block time for your team to review submissions
  • Once awarded, create a Project to track the delivery work
