Managing Tenders
From the Tenders list you can:
- View a tender to see all its details and dates
- Edit a tender to update any fields
- Duplicate a tender as a starting point for a similar procurement
- Delete a tender (moves to Trash)
Tips
- Set the Submission Deadline generously — vendors need time to prepare quality bids
- Use the Evaluation Start/End dates to block time for your team to review submissions
- Once awarded, create a Project to track the delivery work
