Pipeline Board
The Pipeline is a Kanban-style board of all your open deals, grouped into the sales stages you've defined. It's the fastest way to see what's in flight and move deals along as conversations progress.
Opening the Board
Sidebar → Customer Relations → Pipeline.
Each column is a Stage of type deals. Each card is a Deal.
What Each Card Shows
- Deal name (the card title)
- Account — the company the deal is with
- Value — formatted in your organization's accounting currency
- Probability — your win confidence (%)
- Expected close date
Click a card to view the deal, or use the trash icon to delete it.
Working With Stages
Add a new stage
Click New stage in the page header, give it a name and a color, then save. New stages are appended to the right of the board.
Reorder stages
Open the column menu (the ⋮ on a column header) and pick Move stage left or Move stage right. Stages persist across the deals list, the board, and the Pipeline by Stage chart on the CRM Dashboard.
Add a deal in a stage
Open the column menu and pick Create deal. The new deal is automatically placed in that stage.
Stages are also configurable from Stages under Miscellaneous, where you can edit, color-code, or remove any stage.
Moving Deals
Drag a card to a different column to move the deal to that stage. The change is saved immediately — no extra confirmation step.
Searching
Use the search box in the page header to filter cards by deal name or account name. Cards in every column update live.
Tips
- Deals only show up here while their status is open. Won and lost deals drop off the board automatically.
- Want a list view with filters and exports? Use the standard Deals page — see Deals.
- Use stage colors to encode meaning (e.g. red for "at-risk", green for "ready to close").
