CRM Dashboard

The CRM Dashboard is the launch pad for everything in Customer Relations — your sales and support KPIs in a single screen, refreshed automatically.

How to Open It

In the sidebar, go to Customer Relations → Dashboard. It's the first page in the cluster.

What's on It

Stat Cards (top row)

Stat What it shows
Pipeline Value Total value of all open deals (with a 7-day sparkline)
Won This Month Value and number of deals closed-won since the 1st of the month
Overdue Deals Open deals past their expected close date
Open Tickets Tickets that haven't been resolved yet
Avg. Resolution Average resolution time (hours) for tickets resolved this month
New Leads Leads created this month, with a percentage delta vs last month
Lead Conversion Percentage of leads that have been converted to contacts
Contacts Total contact records in your CRM

The dashboard polls every 60 seconds, so numbers stay current as your team works.

Pipeline by Stage Chart

A bar chart breaking down your open deal value by pipeline stage. At a glance you can see whether your pipeline is bottom-heavy (early stages) or top-heavy (close to closing).

Hot Leads

A short table of your most recently created or highest-priority leads — click any row to open the lead.

Deals Closing Soon

Deals whose expected close date is in the next few days. Use this as your weekly call-list.

Tips

  • All figures are filtered to the current organization. Switch orgs in the sidebar to see another set of KPIs.
  • Currency is taken from your organization's accounting currency (Organization Settings).
  • Click any number or chart to drill into the underlying records.
  • For visual stage management, switch to the Pipeline Board.
